Palo santo (Bursera graveolens) is a tree that’s native to Peru, Ecuador, and other South American countries. It grows in dry tropical forests and produces very a fragrant resin. In Spanish, palo santo means “holy wood"

This 8oz spray is made with full moon water to harness that protective /banishing energy, and infused with Palo Santo essential oil (see statement below), Palo Santo pieces, clear quartz, and black obsidian crystal chips.

 Many have harnessed the magical properties of Palo Santo for thousands of years but it was harnessed first by the indigenous culture and community with their sacred ceremonies. We at Hearthcraft choose not to practice the scared smoke smudging as it is our belief that some ceremonies and practices should to stay with its creator. We hereby declare that to the best of our knowledge we have purchased our oils and wood from a company " that has sustainably sourced the oils from naturally fallen Bursera graveolen trees. All have been collected by native communities in the Peruvian dry forest. The Peruvian government verifies sustainable collection and native involvement through a traceability and control system."
